This iconic Ruth Badger Ginsburg image was painted as a tribute when she passed away and the original artwork was gifted to my mom. I love using pop art elements like this polka dot background to contrast the realism style and bring a more playful spirit to the portrait. It is one of my personal favorite pieces I’ve ever done.
